Sign in sheet goes out at 9:30 am prior to sale. We do not honor any other sign in sheet started by customers. Door will open at 10 am sharp. No pre-sales or pre-pricing. We accept cash (preferred) , venmo, and credit cards. We are not responsible for accidents. You are entering the property at your own risk. Any damage is your responsibility. Sale is conducted under video surveillance. All sales are final and AS IS - no returns. No public restrooms. No exceptions.
